Hey! Not long now until the big day and I really hope your wedding plans are progressing nicely. Please can you complete as much of the this form as possible, we'll go over all of the finer details nearer the day, it's just to give me a record of the day and a few key details.

All times, locations and contact numbers are crucial though as I'll need all of this for the big day.

If you can aim to have this returned before we catch up a few days before your wedding that'd be fab.

Also, if you have any directions, timetables etc or anything you think may come in handy, please feel free to forward those on.

Lastly, a couple of quick things to remember for the morning of the wedding...

I rarely pose anything or set up shots (unless you want me to!) My approach is as natural as possible however if you can ask the Hair or Make-UP Artist to set up with lots of room near the biggest, nicest window and clear the room of any clutter. Most Make-Up Artists will also seek out natural light, but just in case

they don't.

Please consider anything you wouldn't want to be seen in the photographs, especially if getting ready at home, plastic bags, clothes over the bed, towels hung over the door, giant teddy bears - I can't photoshop these things out afterwards!

Finally, in order to get the best photos possible during bridal preparations in the morning, the bigger, lighter the room and less clutter the better.
